No, with purchases on our website, there is a right to withdrawal. You have 14 days before the sale is final. So you have all the time to have a good look at your purchase. If the item is not to your liking, you can return it within 14 days. Under the heading “Can I return my order? ” is explained what you have to do.  

If you have placed an order before 15.00 pm, and the product is in stock, it will be shipped the same day. It depends on the country you live in and the delivery service when you will have your order at home, usually within 3 days.

Probably. We don’t store any of your credit card information (that’s handled by our payment processor, Stripe, the best in the business) and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.

The shipping of a return are almost always at cost of the customer. Has the wrong item been delivered or the article contains a manufacturing defect upon delivery? Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All jewelry at Cuckoo’s Nest has 2 months warranty against manufacturing defects (unless otherwise stated). The warranty does not include wear or user damage. Without proof of purchase or warranty card, we do not accept warranty claims. Discoloration of gold-plated jewelry is not covered under warranty (unless otherwise stated). Fractures of bead/stone necklaces and bracelets also not covered by the warranty.

Your jewelry from the collection of Cuckoo’s Nest is made with love and care. You've chosen with care and you want to still have enjoyment. It is important to carefully examine your piece of jewelry. Wear it not while sleeping, showering, exercising or similar activities. Avoid contact with water, perfume, hair spray and lotion. So your jewelry will last longer beautiful!

All products sold by Cuckoo’s Nest are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two months from the date of shipment. If you believe any Cuckoo’s Nest product you have purchased has a defect in material or workmanship or has failed during normal use within the warranty period, please contact Cuckoo’s Nest at info@cuckoosnest.eu for assistance. If product repair or replacement is necessary, the Customer will be solely responsible for all shipping charges, freight, insurance and proper packaging to prevent breakage in transit, whether or not the product is covered by this warranty. 

LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not apply to defects and/or consequences resulting from any Customer actions, such as mishandling, improper operation outside of design limits, misapplication, improper repair, or unauthorized modification. Cuckoo’s Nest specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. Cuckoo’s Nest liability shall be strictly limited to the actual purchase price of the product or gift voucher to which a claim is made. Where Cuckoo’s Nest liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the product or gift voucher purchased.
